Every project is unique and in need of a different expertise or approach. Having an accurate understanding and expectation of each party’s role allows one to successfully save time and resources. With the evolution of technology and tools, it is fair to say that a project does not always need to be completed in a traditional manner with an architect, interior designer, contractor and engineers.

Traditionally, rendering had been used in a limited manner for large projects since it was often hard to rationalize the cost and time. In the last few years, technological advancements in interior design have broadened the audience of users and improved the level of communication with clients.

A great number of studies have been carried to improve healthcare spaces over a few decades. Those findings can be applied to your residential living spaces.

The Mid-century Modern interior environment is a common theme in my approach which incorporates minimalism that coexists with nature.

It is intuitively understandable that natural materials are good for human wellness. However, are more of those materials to improve wellness? Some studies give us hints to appreciate the most out of them.
